NOTE: Please complete the following operations under power failure and keep the removed screws properly to avoid loss.
1. Unscrew the two right side belt buckles of the laser head to separate the right side X-axis belt buckle from the laser head.
2. Open the right door on the device
3. Cut the tie wrap and disconnect the power and signal wires from the X-axis motor.
4. Unscrew the “tensioning screw” of the X-axis motor belt.
5. Unscrew the fixing screws of the drag chain groove to facilitate subsequent operations
6. Unscrew the 4 screws in the picture to remove the X-motor module
7. Unscrew the 4 screws that hold the motor in place.
8.You can remove the X-axis motor.
1. Install the new X-axis motor and motor belt to the base, but do not lock the set screws.
2. Screw the X-axis motor belt's “tensioning screw” into the base, adjust the tightness of the X-axis belt by tightening the “tensioning screw”, after the adjustment is completed, make sure to tighten the 4 screws fixing the motor.
Attention:
l The belt's tightness is not a fixed standard. Note: There is no fixed standard for the tightness of the belt, you can press the Y-axis motor belt to feel the appropriate degree of tightness, as a reference for the adjustment of the Y-axis belt.
l The motor belt should not be too tight, or it may rattle.
3. Reinstall the X-axis motor module to the X-axis
4. Refasten the drag chain slots
5. Connect the power and signal wires of the X-axis motor and secure the wires with cable ties.
6. Install the X-axis belt to the motor gear correctly
7. Reinstall the X-axis belt buckle onto the slider and adjust the belt to the proper tightness by screwing in the screws to complete the replacement.
Note: There is no fixed standard for the belt tightness, you can press the Y-axis belt to feel the appropriate degree of tightness, as a reference basis for X-axis belt adjustment.
