Wifi cannot connect

Note: To ensure efficient file transfer, please try to avoid WiFi transmission through walls.

Issue phenomenon：

The machine is working properly but the Wifi cannot connect.

Operation Guide

1.Switch configuration error                                                                                                                                                   The switch channel setting error caused the device Wifi to be unable to connect successfully.
  1.    Use an M2 hexagonal wrench to remove the six screws on the right door of the device and place them together.                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                          
  1.   About the factory settings of the switch buttons:                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                     
    •  Please check if button 1 is pressed.

    Button 1 is channel 1: Wifi mode, at this time the computer can connect to the device WiFi hotspot    

    2.Wifi connection error

    Check whether you are connected to the wrong hotspot information.                                                                                                                                                             

    •  Use a computer to connect to the WiFi module. The hotspot parameters of the WiFi module are as follows:

    The default SSID has been changed from the production line to: machine model + Hotspot + the last five digits of the machine serial number

    For example, the hotspot parameters of OneLaser XRF with the last five digits of the serial number being 10253 are as follows

    • WiFi SSID: XRF Hotspot 10254
    •   WIFI default password: 12345678

                    

    3.Check if the WiFi receiver is damaged

    • Check if there is a green indicator light on. If not, check if the power supply is normal and if the network cable connected to the board is normal.                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                       
    • Network cable (check whether it is connected tightly)                                                                                  
    •   Power supply line (check whether it is connected tightly)
