One Laser Firmware Upgrade Tutorial

NotNote: Please contact the manufacturer's technicians to obtain the latest version of the firmware program.

Before updating the control motherboard, the HMI firmware (i.e. panel firmware) must be updated first. During the firmware update process, please ensure that the device remains turned on to avoid update failure.


1. Preparation

One Laser X series device x 1, computer x 1,

memory card x 1, M2 hexagon wrench x1

③.Formatting a memory card

NotNote: To ensure that the upgrade is successful, the memory card must be formatted as Fat32. If your memory card is not formatted as Fat32, you may encounter upgrade failures. Below is a detailed formatting tutorial to help you format your memory card as Fat32.

 Search for Run in the search bar at the bottom

  • Enter DOS system                                                                     
  • Enter the command: format/q g:/fs:fat32/a:4096 (press Enter after entering.g is the drive letter of the SD card displayed on the user's computer. The drive letter corresponding to different users is not fixed, such as h, i can be replaced).                                                                 
  • Formatting completed                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                

    ④．Removing the side door

    The right door of the device needs to be removed                                                                                                                                                                                                 

    Use an M2 hexagonal wrench to remove the 6 screws on the side door.
