Auto Sensor

1. Blow away large dust particles from the lens using the air blow gun.                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                         2.Use a dry cloth to remove dirt from the sensor.                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                          

   Rails，Belts，Gear，Roller

   1.Blow away large dust particles from these parts using the air blow gun.

   2.Use a dry cloth to remove dirt from the rails and belt. Then, use an alcohol-dampened cloth to wipe them clean.  

   3.Use a dry cloth to remove the dirt from gears and rollers. Then, use an alcohol-dampened cloth to wipe them clean.                                                                                                            

   Screw rods                                                                                                                                                                                               
   

1. Wipe the screw rod with a dry cloth to remove dirt.                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                           

                                                                                                                                                                                                                                 

2. Apply lubricant to the top of the screw rod and raise and lower the laser head to distribute the lubricant evenly.

Or Dip a brush in a small amount of lubricant and apply it evenly to the surface of the screw rod.    

Note: Do not use too much lubricant, as this can attract dust and dirt.

   

Scrap Drawer

Remove the waste drawer and empty its contents.

1. Blow away large dust particles from the fan using the air blow gun.

1.Turn the laser head blow-off nozzle counterclockwise to unscrew it.




                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                   2.Use a cloth soaked in cleaning solution to clean the blow-off nozzle.

Exhaust Fan

1.Remove the screws that secure the exhaust fan, and then disconnect the power supply to the fan.

                                                                                      


                                                                                                                                                                                                       


2.Use an air gun to blow away the dust on the fan blades.                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                   

Chiller（XT Model）

1.Turn the water tank cap counterclockwise to open it.                                                                                                                                                                                                


 

2.Use a water pump to drain the water from the tank.

3.Refill with distilled water.If the room temperature is too low, you will also need to add antifreeze.《OneLaser Approved Antifreeze》






NOTE:The chiller must be filled with distilled water or pure water.

                                                                                                                                                                                                                    



Note: If your equipment also uses an air compressor, it is necessary to regularly drain the accumulated moisture.
