How to maintain and replace beam mirrors

Peliminary

1.Material preparation

 M2,M3 hexagonal wrench, lens cleaning solution, dust-free swabs

2.Disassembly of the chassis

A. Removing the back cover

a.Using an M2 Allen wrench, carefully remove the screws and place them uniformly, following the instructions in the pictures.

B.Removal of side doors

 a.Using an M2 Allen wrench, carefully remove the screws and place them uniformly, following the instructions in the pictures.

 

 

Operation Guide

1.Locate the device's beam splitter

  

  

2.Maintenance cleaning with dust-free swabs and lens cleaning solution                                                                                                                                                                                                   

1. Use cleaning solution sprayed on swabs
2.   Gently wipe the front and back of the lens with a damp cotton swab

                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                          
 

1.  Use a dry cotton swab to clean the moisture from the lenses  

           

  

3.Determining if a lens is good or bad

1.  look for cracks, broken places on the lenses
   

1.  Look for scorched black marks on the lenses and try to clean them
   

1.       Normal lenses
   

       

   

1.     Damaged lenses
   

4.Replacement of combiner lens

1.     Use an M3 Allen wrench to loosen the two screws on the side of the holographic mirror bracket.                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                        
   

                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                  

1.   Unscrew and remove the screws and place them uniformly, remove the lens.                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                   
2.     Reinstalling new lenses into the beam mirror holder
