How to Adjust the Air Pipe Screw

Note: The screws that fix the air pipe have been adjusted to the best state before leaving the factory. Do not tighten them at will to avoid cutting off the airflow. If you find that there is no airflow during equipment processing, consider adjusting the screws.

1.Preparation

①. Consumable preparation

One Laser X model device x 1，M2 hexagon wrench x 1，Flathead screwdriver x 1  

②. Debug software

         None

2.Operation step

①.Removing the laser head carriage cover

Need to remove the laser head bracket front cover and right cover

•  Since the front cover of the laser head is magnetically attached, it can be taken out directly.

               

                          

         

• Use an M2 hexagonal wrench to remove the screws on the right cover of the laser head and place them together. At the same time, take out the cover.  

           

        

2.Adjust the screw to fix the air pipe

• Find the adjustment screw shown in the figure below
  

        

•  Use a flat-blade screwdriver to adjust, turn clockwise to tighten and counterclockwise to loosen.

N           Note: If the screw is too loose, it may fall off; if it is too tight, it may cut off the airflow.Please adjust it to the appropriate degree. 

     

1.     After the adjustment is completed, please restore the laser head cover .
