Mechanical Installation

1.Installation of the RF Tube

.Use M4*12 screws to fix the expander mirror base onto the RF tube, and then install the expander mirror onto the expander mirror seat.

 

.Similarly, use M4*12 screws to install the RF tube bracket onto the RF tube.

 

.Use the door cover key to open the lower left door of the device.

.Use M5*14 combination screws to fix the RF tube to the machine shell, as shown in the figure.

 

2.Installation of the Dual-Source Elevating Axis Screw Rod

.Open the upper rear door cover of the device.

.Use combination screws to install the elevator screw rod module onto the machine.

 

3.Installation of the Reflective Mirror Bracket

As shown in the figure, use screws to fix the first reflective mirror bracket of the RF tube onto the machine.

 

4.Installation of the RF Tube Exhaust Fan

As shown in the figure, use screws to fix the exhaust fan onto the machine.

Note: The exhaust fan should blow air downward.

 

5.Installation of the Dual-Source Control Board

①.Use the key to open the lower right rear door cover of the device.

 

②.Fix the 48V switch power supply, fan control board, and auto-focus board onto the control board.

③.Install the control board into the machine case in the direction shown in the figure, and secure the four nuts as indicated.

6.Installation of the Elevator Screw Rod Motor Driver

Use screws and washers to fix the driver onto the machine.

 


Electrical Installation

1.RF Tube & Exhaust Fan Wiring

.As shown in the figure, connect the communication Ethernet cable of the RF tube, the fan power line (48V2/GND2), and the RF tube power line.


.Connect the power line of the exhaust fan (48V3/GND3).

 

2.Connecting the Wiring to the Control Board

.48V Switch Power Supply Wiring

a.As shown in the figure and the circuit diagram, complete the wiring of the 48V switch power supply according to the wire labels.

Connect L9/N9/GND to the L/N/GND terminals of the 48V switch power supply.

Connect the RF tube power line and 48V1/GND1 to the V+ and V- terminals of the 48V switch power supply.

b.Open the lower right side door cover of the device and connect the other end of L9/N9/GND to the terminal strip.

.Fan Control Board Wiring

a.As shown in the figure and the circuit diagram, complete the wiring of the fan control board according to the wire labels.

b.Open the lower right side door of the device, locate the terminal strip and the TL-time control board, as shown in the figure:

Connect the other end of 24V16/0V16 to the terminal strip.

Connect the other end of 3/4/5/A to the TL-time control board.

c.Connect the other end of PWM/PWM-GND/5V to the main control board.

Blue line PWM-GND

Yellow green line -5V

3. Auto-Focus Board & Driver Wiring

.Auto-Focus Board

a.As shown in the figure and the circuit diagram, complete the wiring of the 48V switch power supply.

Note: When installing the limit signal line of the dual-source elevator screw rod, ensure it is connected correctly and not reversed.

b.Connect the upper limit signal line and lower limit signal line to the screw rod elevator module.

 

c.Open the lower right side door of the device, locate the terminal strip and the TL-time control board, as shown in the figure:

Connect the other end of 24V17/0V17 to the terminal strip.

Connect the other end of GTX-GND/RXD2/TXD2 to the TL-time control board.

.Dual-Source Elevator Screw Rod Motor Driver Wiring

a.As shown in the figure, connect D1, 24V18/0V18, and the screw rod motor signal line to the driver.

b.Open the lower right side door cover of the device and connect the other end of 24V18/0V18 to the terminal strip.
