Laser head without red dot indication -Hydra series

Issue phenomenon：

During the operation of the device, no red dot indication is found.

Operation Guide：

1.Check whether the red light is operating normally

①.Open the left door of the device

 

②.Find the red light indicator mounting socket and check whether the red light indicator is working properly (is there any red light coming out?)   

    

  1. ​Red light is normal: The reflector may be oxidized/dirty, causing it to fail to reflect red light. Please check and maintain the optical lens

  1. ​Red light abnormality: Please follow the steps below to troubleshoot

2.Red dot indicator interface contact is bad

①.Find the red light indicator adapter interface and check whether it is in poor contact.

Note: The red light indicator adapter interface is located on the left side of the device.

 

②.Open the right door of the device:

    

③.Find the energy-saving control board in the figure below, remove the wires in the figure below, and then use a multimeter to measure whether the voltage is 5V, and adjust the gear to DC 5V, as shown in the figure:

  1. ​The voltage is normal: If there is a 5V voltage, it means the red indicator light is faulty, please contact us for replacement.

  1. ​Abnormal voltage: If the voltage is not 5V, it means that the TL energy-saving control mainboard is faulty. Please contact us for replacement.
