OneLaser-Hydra The device emits abnormal light

OneLaser-Hydra The device emits abnormal light

Issue Phenomenon

The device emits abnormal light when it is turned on

Fault Cause

1.Device motherboard port plug-in error

The laser signal output port of the device is plugged into the wrong terminal

  1.  Open the side door of the device and find the control panel

  1. Check the device terminals to see if they are connected incorrectly

Workaround:Connect the laser signal output port correctly.

Note: In devices with old firmware, when the laser dual light source signal is output, the glass tube and the RF tube need to share port ②.

When switching between dual light sources, you need to manually unplug the original light source signal terminal of port ② and then connect it to the signal output port of the other light source.

  1. Make sure the terminals are plugged in the correct way: plug the terminals closer to the right.

  1. For devices that have been updated with the latest software, please correctly identify and plug them in as follows

2.The laser signal setting of the software is wrong

The signal setting in the laser parameters in the software is wrong

workaround:

①After connecting the device using RDWorks, click "File" in RDWorks and enter "Factory Settings"

②.Setup laser config

  1. For Laser config, select "Multi tube",
  2. Select "Laser 1 type" to "Glass tube"
  3. Select "Laser 2 type" to "RF Laser (preginition)"
  4. Make sure other config is same to screenshot below (mark as step 4)
  5. Click "Write" and wait until progress complete (mark as step 5

③Click "Read Parameters" to confirm that the changes just made have taken effect.

Make sure that laser type 1 is a glass tube and laser type 2 is a RF tube CO2 (pre-combustion)!

The switch signal level is high.
